Michigan attorney, and eye witness disputes official story. A couple, Kurt and Lori Haskell, said that while waiting to board Flight 253 at Schiphol Airport, they saw a “poor-looking black teenager around 16 or 17″ who Kurt Haskell claims was Abdulmutallab with a second man, who was “sharp-dressed”, possibly of Indian descent, around 50 years old, and who spoke “in an American accent similar to my own.”

According to a report in USA Today, Kurt Haskell, an attorney from Taylor, said that he believes a federal agent gave the would-be bomber a defective explosive device to carry onto a plane that would create an incident that would lead to the installation of full-body scanners at U.S. airports.

He said that it really “sadden(ed)” him that the government won’t admit its role in the event and said he will never trust what the government said again.

Haskell finished up by turning to Abdulmutallab, saying, “Umar you are not a Muslim martyr, you are merely a government patsy.”

The lawyer had said he saw a well-dressed agent escorting the would-be bomber through security.

According to Lori Haskell, the second man told the ticket agent: “We need to get this man on the plane. He doesn’t have a passport.” The ticket agent said nobody was allowed to board without a passport. The well-dressed man replied: “We do this all the time; he’s from Sudan.” Lori Haskell said the two were then directed down a corridor, to talk to a manager. “We never saw him again until he tried to blow up our plane,” Haskell said of Abdulmutallab.

Only U.S. citizens are permitted to board international flights to the U.S. without passports, and even then only if the airline confirms their identity and citizenship, said a spokesperson for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

A CBP official and spokesman confirmed there were not any Sudanese refugees on the plane.[14] The Dutch counter-terror agency said that Abdulmutallab presented a valid Nigerian passport and U.S. entry visa when he boarded Flight 253, and after reviewing more than 200 hours of security camera recordings, did not find any indication that he had accomplices at the airport or that he acted suspiciously there.

Haskell suggested authorities should, “Put the video out there to prove I’m wrong.” Federal agents later said they were trying to identify and find the well-dressed man.[19] U.S. authorities had initially discounted the passenger accounts, but agents later said there was a growing belief that the man played a role in making sure Abdulmutallab “did not get cold feet”

“Regardless of how media and government try to shape this case, I am convinced that Umar was given an intentionally defective bomb by a U.S. agent,” Haskell told Edmunds. “It really saddens me that the government won’t admit its role in the event. Because of this case, I will never trust anything the government says, ever.”

Haskell then turned to Abdulmutallab and said: “Umar, you are not a Muslim martyr. You are merely a government patsy.”

1) This man was sedated upon arriving at the gate. A well-dressed man, later identified by the State Dept. as an intelligence agent working for the US, assisted the man onto the plane DESPITE the fact that he had no ID nor possessed a passport.

2) al-Awlaki, the US citizen assassinated by obama, was a CIA asset that once was a keynote speaker at the Pentagon and had audience with our top military brass. He had to die not because he was a “threat” to national security, but rather he was a threat to our corrupt government because of his intimate relationship with our regime-changing CIA. He could name names so he had to die. The murder of his son during this “hit” was “collateral damage”.

3) the “bomb” that was given to him by OUR OWN intelligence community was intentionally a dud.

4) Our DHS head at the time was Michael Chertoff who had a substantial personal investment in the company that makes the “body scanners” that, since this false-flag attack, irradiate our citizens everyday in our airports.

A US attorney by the name of Kurt Haskell witnessed this entire event, He was ignored, and is still ignored today (see the haskell family blog; “adventures with Kurt and Lori”). He was to be called as a witness in this man’s trial, but at the last minute the accused took a plea, possibly due to threats of killing his entire family. This was simply a CIA/FBI contrived false-flag “attack” designed to scare the sheep into accepting a greater expansion of police state powers by our criminal government.

Kurt Haskell and his wife witnessed our own government aiding the bomber onto the plane when he had no valid passport. The bomber was a CIA asset and was meant to create a false threat, leading to more gov control of our lives. Mr. Haskel stated:

I wish to thank the Court for allowing me these 5 minutes to make my statement. My references to the government in this statement refer to the Federal Government excluding this Court and the prosecution. On Christmas Day 2009, my wife and I were returning from an African safari and had a connecting flight through Amsterdam. As we waited for our flight, we sat on the floor next to the boarding gate. What I witnessed while sitting there and subsequent events have changed my life forever. While I sat there, I witnessed Umar dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt, being escorted around security by a man in a tan suit who spoke perfect American English and who aided Umar in boarding without a passport. The airline gate worker initially refused Umar boarding until the man in the tan suit intervened. The event meant nothing to me at the time. Little did I know that Umar would try to kill me a few hours later as our flight approached Detroit. The final 10 minutes of our flight after the attack were the worst minutes of my life. During those 10 minutes I sat paralyzed in fear. Unfortunately, what happened next has had an even greater impact on my life and has saddened me further.

When we landed, I was shocked that our plane taxied up to the gate. I was further shocked that we were forced to sit on the plane for 20 minutes with powder from the so called bomb all over the cabin. The officers that boarded the plane did nothing to ensure our safety and did not check for accomplices or other explosive devices. Several passengers trampled through parts of the bomb as they exited the plane.

We were then taken into the terminal with our unchecked carry on bags. Again, there was no concern for our safety even though Umar told the officers that there was another bomb on board as he exited the plane. I wondered why nobody was concerned about our safety, accomplices or other bombs and the lack of concern worried me greatly. I immediately told the FBI my story in order to help catch the accomplice I had seen in Amsterdam. It soon became obvious that the FBI wasn’t interested in what I had to say, which upset me further. For one month the government refused to admit the existence of the man in the tan suit before changing course and admitting his existence in an ABC News article on January 22, 2010.

That was the last time the government talked about this man. The video that would prove the truth of my account has never been released. I continue to be emotional upset that the video has not been released. The Dutch police, meanwhile, in this article (show article), also confirmed that Umar did not show his passport in Amsterdam which also meant that he didn’t go through security as both are in the same line in Amsterdam
